- Precise Location: We collect your precise location when you use the App to find or offer rides, show nearby drivers/riders, and facilitate ride coordination.
- Background Location: With your permission, we may collect location data even when the App is not in use to provide ride tracking features.
Usage Information
- Ride history (rides offered, rides taken)
- Booking and transaction history
- Chat messages between users
- Ratings and reviews
- App usage patterns and preferences
Device Information
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- Unique device identifiers
- Push notification tokens
Payment and Purchase Information
- In-app purchase history (subscriptions and credit packages), processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Transaction records
- We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed by Apple or Google through their respective app store platforms.

Other Users
- Drivers see rider's name, photo, pickup location, and rating
- Riders see driver's name, photo, vehicle details, and rating
- Contact information is shared only after booking confirmation

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:
- Google Firebase — Authentication, database, cloud functions, crash reporting, analytics, and push notifications
- Google Maps — Map display and location services
- RevenueCat — Subscription and in-app purchase management
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store — Payment processing for subscriptions and in-app purchases
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user information may be transferred.
Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases:
- SureRyde Pro ($7.99/month): An auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited matches, monthly boosts, and priority features.
- Credit Packages: Consumable in-app purchases ($1.99 for 5 credits, $4.99 for 15 credits, $8.99 for 30 credits) used for ride boosts.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App:
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm your identity via phone verification
- Your account and personal data will be permanently deleted
You may also request account deletion by emailing admin@theforwardalpha.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest
- Secure authentication mechanisms
- Regular security assessments
- Access controls for data access
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt-out: Disable marketing communications
- Location: Control location permissions through your device settings
